The Annual Conference is the biggest event in the AUA calendar, an excellent chance to meet people and hear what's going on in HE. There's a huge range of seminars and workshops, covering financial and personnel management, registry issues and student records systems, marketing, career development for administrators, computing skills, etc as well as a big gala dinner and plenty of options for your evenings and other spare time. There is a special "newcomers" programme, giving an introduction to the AUA and a drinks reception. An application pack is posted out to each member individually once the programme has been announced, usually in January.
