The Early Career Researchers (ECRs) are taking over the departmental seminar for a series of 15-minute firetalks. Moderated by Sage Boettcher, these talks will enable ECRs from different research areas to present their research and answer questions. This year's firetalks include:

  • Esther Beierl: Where machine learning meets mental health: Development of a predictive algorithm to identify individuals at risk for PTSD at 1 month after trauma within the first days after trauma
  • Alessandro BongioanniEngagement and strategy: complementary neural circuits driving spontaneous speed and accuracy changes in macaques 
  • Michael Wolff: Talk Title TBD 
  • Tessa Reardon: Identifying and supporting children with or at-risk for anxiety problems
