Our research team wants to learn more about muscularity and body composition concerns among men who regularly exercise. We want to understand possible links with exercise, eating, body image, self-esteem, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Your participation could help us better understand thoughts about exercise and body composition and how to help improve wellbeing.

We need male volunteers who:

  • Strength/resistance train at least twice a week
  • are located in the UK and are age 18 years or older

Participation involves:

  • Completing a 30-40 minute online survey
  • Answering questions about your thoughts and behaviours related to body composition, exercise, eating, self-esteem, and mental health
  • Your non-identifiable answers being securely stored

If you are interested in taking part in this study, or have any questions, please contact Rosa Henderson, rosa.henderson@hmc.ox.ac.uk.
