Professor Miles Hewstone and colleagues  have been awarded the 2015 Gordon Allport Intergroup Relations Prize for recent paper published in the journal PNAS.  The paper explores the contextual  influence of intergroup contact on outgroup prejudice.  The prize is given by the Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues and the Gordon W Allport Memorial Fund.

Dr. Molly Crockett has been awarded an Early Career Award from the Society for Social Neuroscience. In honour of her award, Dr. Crockett will be giving a talk entitled "Neurocomputational mechanisms of moral decision-making" at the Society's annual conference.
