Photo of chocolate cake with words, "50 Years of Psychology in Oxford."

This year marks 50 years since Experimental Psychology became a department at Oxford and moved into the Tinbergen Building, and current and former staff, students and alumni gathered together to celebrate our birthday. It was a chance to reconnect and socialise in the beautiful gardens of St Hugh's College. It was also an occasion to honour Kim Plunkett and John Duncan – who are both retiring – for their many contributions to the Department and to science.
