My role as a PA is preparing communications on behalf of the Heads of Department, answering phone calls, organising travel and itineraries, organising and planning meeting, departmental purchasing, expenses claims, taking notes and writing minutes during meetings, conducting or preparing any research that the HAF & HoD may require, various ad hoc requests.
Previously, I joined NDORMS in August 2019. My role as a Purchasing Assistant in the Orders Team was to process and approve requisitions, follow up on open purchase orders, communicate with suppliers and help shoppers with any queries they may have in relation to their orders and raising requisitions.
My background is in Public Administration.
Before moving to England, I lived in Italy and Brazil where I proudly graduated at the Santa Catarina State University – UDESC.
