Digital mental health innovation

My research is focused on digital mental health innovations and I am specifically interested in improving access to treatment for anxiety disorders in children.  I am currently developing an online treatment for anxiety for use in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services within the NHS, funded by the NIHR.  My future work includes adapting this platform for use in schools, as well as across other disorders and for use in other countries.  I am also working on projects around the gamification of the exposure element of CBT to help engage young people in this element of treatment for anxiety.
