Wellbeing Practitioner

I am a Wellbeing Practitioner working in the TOPIC research group on the iCATS-i2i project. The project aims to develop and evaluate a new way of identifying children with anxiety problems who may benefit from support, and providing these children with effective support, through primary schools. I primarily support the parents who take part in the intervention.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience (2.1) from Cardiff University in 2017. I then graduated with distinction from my MSc Psychology (conversion) at the University of Bristol in 2019. Following that I studied my PGCert in Low Intensity CBT at the University of Exeter.
