Rachel Maddox

Research Assistant

I am a Research Assistant at the Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma, working with Professor Anke Ehlers and Professor David Clark. The research carried out in OxCADAT focuses on the role of cognitive processes in maintaining and treating social anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Our team is working to translate face-to-face cognitive therapy into an effective internet delivered therapy. I am currently working on a clinical trial which aims to evaluate the effectiveness of internet-based treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder.

I received my undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University in 2018.
