Research Assistant

Resilience and wellbeing of emergency services

I am a Research Assistant at the Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma, working closely with Dr Jennifer Wild to develop and evaluate mental health resilience courses for the emergency services. Our current research focuses on evaluating a resilience course for student paramedics.

The Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma aims to contribute to greater understandings of anxiety and PTSD, develop effective treatments for these disorders, and enhance public awareness of the importance of evidence-based psychological treatment.

I completed my BSc (Hons) in Psychology at the University of Liverpool in 2012 and have previously worked in NHS mental health hospitals and an Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) service.
