My role is to organise, supervise, monitor and coordinate the catering facility to maintain a high standard, customer-oriented service to regular departmental users and as required for special functions. I have day-to-day liaison with suppliers and ordering of supplies, based on best prices, quality and reliability. I have responsibility for the regulation of safety, hygiene and overall quality of catering services, advising the Administrator on catering matters.
