HR Manager
- As part of the Administration team within the Experimental Psychology Department, I am responsible for HR service delivery alongside my HR administration team colleagues.
- I partner with managers and staff offering support with HR processes and procedures.
- I also offer guidance in navigating developmental and wellbeing initiatives within the Department.
Previously, I have worked within Higher Education, as Head of HR at St Mary's University, Twickenham, and HR Partner at London School of Economics and London Business School.
I hold a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Mindfulness from The Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University. Wellbeing at work is a key focus of my personal and professional HR work and which I aim to foster across the Department.
I joined the Department of Experimental Psychology in August 2023, covering the twelve month internal secondment of the substantive post-holder.
