HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator, I work closely with the HR Operations Manager and HR Manager to provide comprehensive support with HR administration.

I provide advice and support to academic and non-academic staff on a range of issues including:

  • Recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Employment contracts and contract changes
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Employee relations matters (e.g. absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes)
  • Payroll and benefits queries
  • Right to work and compliance requirements
  • HR systems and record management
  • Training and development administration
  • Visa and immigration support (if applicable)
  • General HR queries and day-to-day administrative support

I hold a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management and Languages  from the University of Coventry & Bournemouth University.
