Many congratulations to Hannah Smithson and colleagues who have secured one of the highly desirable EU Horizon 2020 Innovative Training Networks.

This exciting and highly multidisciplinary project will bring together 9 participating institutions across the UK, France, Denmark, Belgium and Germany.  The goal of the project is to create digital imagery that is perceptually indistinguishable from a real scene. The network includes experts in Multimedia, Optics, Visual Communication, Visual Computing, Computer Graphics and Human Vision. The Oxford group will work on colour vision, with the display manufacturing company BARCO.
