HR Administrator
As an HR Administrator, I work closely with the HR Operations Manager and HR Manager to provide comprehensive support with HR administration.
I provide advice and support to academic and non-academic staff on a range of issues including:
- Recruitment and onboarding processes
- Employment contracts and contract changes
- HR policies and procedures
- Employee relations matters (e.g. absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes)
- Payroll and benefits queries
- Right to work and compliance requirements
- HR systems and record management
- Training and development administration
- Visa and immigration support (if applicable)
- General HR queries and day-to-day administrative support
I hold a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management and Languages from the University of Coventry & Bournemouth University.
