Deputy Head of administration and finance
As Deputy Administrator, I am responsible to the Head of Administration and Finance (HAF) for the day-to-day management of the finance and research administration teams. My post combines strategic and operational duties, some of my key responsibilities and duties include:
- Budgeting, financial control and the provision of management information;
- Research grant applications and pre- and post- award grant management;
- Service contracts and consultancy agreement management;
Since gaining a BSc in Biology at Oxford Brookes University, I have enjoyed over fourteen years working at the University within various administrative roles. My previous position was Business Manager for the Centre for Medicines Discovery & Target Discovery Unit, before joining Experimental Psychology in April 2023.
