Many congratulations to Professor Matthew Rushworth on being awarded a 2017 Teaching Excellence Award.

Matthew is one of two receipients of the 'Excellent Teacher' award, which is awarded to individuals who provide excellent teaching. Matthew was particularly commended for the huge personal commitment he has put into organisation and delivery of  high quality lectures, classes and tutorials to first- and second-year students following the Biomedical Sciences programme and for organisation of an option available to second-year students, as continuously evidenced in feedback of entire cohorts of year 1 and year 2 students.

The ceremony took place on Tuesday 17th October at Merton College.
