Chloé Xintong Lu

DPhil Candidate

I obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science in Psychological Research at the University of Oxford (2024-2025).

My research interest is mainly in mental health, more specifically, adolescent anxiety and flashforwards. I am supervised by Dr Alex Lau-Zhu, the PI of Reimagine Lab here at Oxford. My co-supervisor is Dr Omid V. Ebrahimi, leading the Oxford EDGE Lab

Combining my former research in cognitive psychology, I am interested in using perspectives from both cognitive and clinical psychology to understand anxiety and flashforwards better in adolescents and young people.
