DPhil Candidate

  • Leverhulme Scholar

I am a DPhil student in the Oxford Risk ANd resilience, Genes and Environment research (oRANGE) lab and the Emotional Disorder Genesis and Evolution (EDGE) lab. My research focuses on understanding how child maltreatment shapes bullying involvement by investigating factors within children’s social ecology. Using longitudinal birth cohort data, I aim to identify protective factors that can inform intervention efforts. My DPhil project is supported by the Leverhulme Trust Biopsychosocial Doctoral Scholarship Programme.

I hold an MSc in Development and Socialisation in Childhood and Adolescence (cum laude) from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Laws from National Taiwan University.

I am supervised by Professor Lucy Bowes and Dr. Omid V. Ebrahimi.
