Birtan receiving his outstanding poster award and standing by the poster.

Congratulations to Birtan for his poster prize at his first international conference! The poster describes his analysis of laterality during sentence reading and other language tasks in people who stutter and speakers who are typically fluent.  He found no evidence to support the idea that language is differently lateralised in people who stutter.  You can read more about the conference and find the abstract at the Speech Motor Control 22 website
