Although "retired", EP's Dick Passingham has written yet another book, entitled "Cognitive Neuroscience: a very short introduction".  A must-read for students wishing to embark on a career or course of study in this field!

This work follows hot on the heels of his most recent work, "A Short Guide to Brain Imaging: the Neuroscience of Cognition' (OUP, joint with James Rowe), in which Dick shares his insights into what brain imaging has contributed to psychology thus far.

Dick is also co-editing another book ( with Lucia Vaina) coming on next month 'Computational Theories and their Implementation in the Brain' (OUP).
