Gloria Charite
MSc(Res) Psychological Research Student
Gloria is a Masters (by research) student at Oxford University working with Professor Bernhard Staresina. She is interested in understanding the neural mechanisms underlying encoding and retrieval, with an aim to enrich teaching and learning experiences.
Prior to coming to Oxford, she was part of the Dynamic Perception and Memory Lab at Columbia University where she investigated how encoding processes modulate retention in a classroom context. She is a Rhodes Scholar from Rwanda, and, in the future, she hopes to contribute to strengthening the research infrastructure of Rwanda and other developing countries.
