Holly Turner

Research Assistant

I am a Research Assistant in the Oxford Cognitive Approaches to Psychosis (O-CAP) research group, under the supervision of Dr Eve Twivy. I am currently supporting the conduct of a randomised controlled trial testing the efficacy of a new, automated virtual reality therapy for young people with needle fears.

Prior to this, I completed my BSc Psychology with a Professional Placement degree at Newcastle University. During my placement year I worked with patients with difficult-to-treat mood disorders, as an Assistant Psychologist and Research Assistant at the Regional Affective Disorders Service (RADS) in the CNTW NHS Foundation Trust and the Northern Centre for Mood Disorders (NCMD).
