Supporting Healthcare Workers through Early Intervention
About my Research
I am working with Professor Jennifer Wild and Professor Cathy Creswell to evaluate and disseminate a newly designed intervention that supports UK healthcare workers in managing symptoms of depression and posttraumatic stress disorder.
My main areas of interest are:
- Early intervention
- Treatment development and evaluation
- Improving access and effectiveness of psychological interventions for affective and mood disorders
- Understanding the origins and triggers of major depressive disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder
- Investigating emotion regulation as a potential moderator and/or mediator in clinical studies
I am part of The Oxford Psychological Interventions for Children and adolescents (TOPIC) Research Group.
