Supporting Healthcare Workers through Early Intervention

About my Research

I am working with Professor Jennifer Wild and Professor Cathy Creswell to evaluate and disseminate a newly designed intervention that supports UK healthcare workers in managing symptoms of depression and posttraumatic stress disorder.

My main areas of interest are:

  • Early intervention
  • Treatment development and evaluation
  • Improving access and effectiveness of psychological interventions for affective and mood disorders
  • Understanding the origins and triggers of major depressive disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder
  • Investigating emotion regulation as a potential moderator and/or mediator in clinical studies

I am part of The Oxford Psychological Interventions for Children and adolescents (TOPIC) Research Group.
