My research centers on understanding brain plasticity, specifically how learning and sleep drive changes in neural structures and networks. I am particularly interested in exploring how we might target and enhance these plasticity processes through innovative techniques, and I am passionate about utilising neuroimaging (EEG, fMRI) to capture and quantify these changes. My goal is to contribute to a deeper understanding of memory, with an eye toward developing interventions that support cognitive health across the lifespan.
