DPhil Candidate

I am a DPhil student at the Emotion & Social Relations lab, led by Prof. Brian Parkinson. My research focuses on the role of emotion beliefs within the intrapersonal emotion regulation process and the functions of a set of emotion regulation strategies used by social peers at the interpersonal levels. My project aims to facilitate understandings of the association between young adults’ daily emotion regulation and longterm well-being using ecological momentary assessments.
